Is a partner of our firm’s labor and employment practice area. With his/her team of professionals, he/she advises companies in various industries in planning and implementing employer-employee strategies, such as internal labor and employment due diligence projects, collective bargaining agreements, calculation of employment liabilities and identification of risks or potential contingencies as required for the evaluation of acquisition or investment opportunities. He/she also represents domestic and foreign clients in labor litigation, either directly or as local representative in Chihuahua and other parts of North Mexico, of multi-national companies or firms with global presence.
