Mr. Arzola graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México law school in Mexico City. He has more than 45 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation, and Amparo procedures. He has been teaching for more than 30 years at the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua the courses of civil procedure and Amparo. He represents some of the main financial institutions in Mexico, and has also contributed to drafting recent amendments and initiatives to the Amparo legislation.
